Which means we are committed to helping our team members (that’s you), our advisors, and consumers live life to the fullest.**Your Primary Role**:As our Graphic Designer / Video Editor, you'll be working on:- Developing graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms.- Edit and optimize video content for all of our marketing channels.- Work with developers to create mock-ups for websites.**Our New Graphic Designer / Video Editor Will Get**:- A role that they can make their own, in a fast-growing company with lots of opportunities to further their own career.- An amazing team culture, where staff is VALUED and their contributions and hard work are recognized- Industry-leading perks - access to world-class training to help you grow both in your career, and in your "outside of work" life, and also personal days off.**Key Responsibilities**- Create mock-ups for websites.- Edit videos for use on our digital platforms (website, podcast, etc ).- Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote our marketing materials.- Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with mínimal instruction;- Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction;- Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts;- Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms;- Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files;- Ability to solve problems/issues with speed and effectiveness.- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment and are not afraid to be transparent in daily communication.**Job Requirements**- **Excellent verbal, written, and visual/presentation skills in English.**:- Minimum 2 years related professional experience in a production environment.- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.- Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images.- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and InDesign), and G Suite.- Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).- Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.- Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.**To Be Successful, You’ll Need To Have**:- Knowledge, experience, and PASSION for Video Editing and Graphic/Web Design.- Excellent verbal, written and visual/presentation skills in English- A growth mindset - with a willingness to embrace new challenges- A strong work ethic, with a "can do", solutions-focused attitude**Important Admin Things About This Role**:- Someone with a very good internet connection- This role is 100% remote (meaning you can work full time from home) BUT, you'll need to be in a time zone that's close to Arizona, US (Mountain Standard Time)- This is a 100% contractor - and we're not looking for freelancers or agencies at this time, the expected start date is ASAP.Ready To Join Us?To apply, please send us your portfolio and resume here.We'll then guide you through the next steps.Pay: $22,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Photoshop: 2 years (required)- Video Editing: 2 years (required)- Web Design: 2 years (required)- Illustrator: 1 year (required)- InDesign: 1 year (required)
