Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.At Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, we are using our breadth, scale, and experience to reimagine the way healthcare is delivered and to help people live longer, healthier lives.In a radically changing environment, we are making connections across science and technology to combine our own expertise in surgery, orthopedics, and interventional solutions with the big ideas of others to design and deliver doctor and patient-centric products and solutions.We are in this for life.We are changing the trajectory of human health, YOU CAN TOO.**We are searching for the best talent for Planned Maintenance Technician II to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mx.****Purpose**:Responsible for ensuring that all the planned maintenance work assigned to him/her for all the production equipment is performed, keeping the expected levels of the department in the GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), write down of observations and communicates with his/her supervisor for correction.**You will be responsible for**:Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Is responsible for the adjustments/setups of the manufacturing equipment and their corresponding documentation.Supports manufacturing with equipment and machinery repair on time.- Performs the planned activities of preventive and corrective maintenance according to the approved methods and documentation.- Participates in the transfer of new production lines.- Promotes recommendations and technical support in new projects and OAC.- Monitors all the safety policies of the company and other safety precautions within the place of work.- Complies with the safety policies and procedures.- Ensures the compliance with the responsibilities of the environmental management systems (EMS).- Follows the convenient policies of management of information records of J&J and of the Campus, records retention program, training and education, document retention notices, record cleaning, inactive records and information management, vital records and if applicable, also to suppliers.- Knows the quotation process of equipment and fixtures and monitoring of the generation of equipment purchase orders.- Knows the installation and validation process of the equipment required in the area assigned under the established guidelines.- Enters his/her daily tasks in eCMMS or in the system assigned for that purpose.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.- Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.- Performs other duties assigned as needed.**Qualifications**:**Qualifications and requirements**:- Technical career or equivalent, preferably applicable to the area: Mechanic, Electric, Electro-mechanic, Metrology and Instrumentalist.- Knowledge and skills to satisfactorily develop the responsibilities of the position of 3 to 5 years of experience preferably related to the position.- Bilingual; Spanish/English preferably.- Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) / ISO preferably.- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation, calibration procedures and quality systems preferably.- Computer skills.- Knowledge of Maximo System (Computer System for Maintenance Management).- Knowledge of the Campus information systems preferably.
