The IT Support will be responsible for providing basic to intermediate technical support in the use of software and hardware tools within the organization. This role includes managing and troubleshooting issues related to operating systems while ensuring connectivity and optimal functioning of technological devices.Key Responsibilities:Microsoft Excel:- Perform data entry and formatting.- Use Power Query to import, connect, and shape external data.- Create basic PivotTables for data analysis.- Understand relationships between multiple tables in Excel.- Navigate the Excel interface efficiently.- Sort, filter, and protect worksheets and workbooks.Networking:- Troubleshoot basic network connection issues, including ISP modems, firewalls, network switches, and multiple computers.- Diagnose and escalate more complex issues as needed.- Operating Systems (Windows 10/11):- Set up devices running Windows 10/11.- Resolve network connectivity issues on Windows 10/11.- Provide technical support for daily operating system use.**Requirements**:- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering- Previous experience in similar roles (minimum of 1 year preferred).- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.- Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 setup and support.- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.- Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies.- Pay close attention to detail in all assigned tasks.- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.- Document processes and troubleshooting steps effectively.- Advanced EnglishPreferred Competencies:- Technical certifications related to networking or operating systems.- Experience in corporate or customer service environments in IT.Pay: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
