**Empresa internacional en búsqueda de: IT Support specialist****Descripción del puesto**:Estamos en búsqueda de un **Especialista de Soporte Técnico** para unirse a nuestro equipo internacional de TI. Serás responsable de brindar soporte a usuarios en múltiples mercados globales, asegurando la continuidad operativa de nuestras plataformas digitales y sistemas internos. Buscamos a alguien proactivo, con excelente actitud de servicio y orientado a la resolución de problemas.**Responsabilidades principales**:- Brindar **soporte técnico a usuarios finales**, resolviendo incidentes y solicitudes a través del sistema de tickets.- Proporcionar **soporte de primer nível a aplicaciones internas y plataformas digitales**.- Ejecutar y analizar **consultas SQL y MySQL** para diagnóstico, validación o extracción de información.- Colaborar con equipos de **Customer Care y Desarrollo** para resolver incidencias complejas.- Crear y mantener una base de conocimiento de soporte técnico.- Elaborar y mantener **scripts en Python** para automatización de tareas (deseable).- Participar activamente en la mejora continua de procesos de soporte.**Requisitos**:- Experiência mínima de **2 años en soporte de aplicaciones**:- Experiência en **soporte técnico a usuarios finales**:- **Conocimientos intermedios en SQL y MySQL** (creación y ejecución de consultas).- **Manejo de scripts en Python** (deseable).- Conocimientos en sistemas operativos Windows (Mac OS y Linux, deseable).- Inglés **AVANZADO**:- Enfoque en la atención al cliente, resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.- Deseable conocimiento de **JIRA** y **ITIL**.**Ofrecemos**:- Esquema de trabajo híbrido (Acudirás 2 veces a la semana)- Zona: Insurgentes Sur- Rango salarial de hasta $35,000 brutos- Prestaciones de ley + superiores¿Cuentas con **TODOS**los requisitos?
