DESCRIPTIONKey job responsibilities- Track progress across multiple real estate and construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.- Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity in project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Excel, or proprietary systems).- Coordinate due diligence efforts including environmental, zoning, legal, and permitting reviews.- Schedule and run project meetings, manage calendars, and ensure clear communication of action items and next steps.- Manage purchase orders, review invoices, and support budget tracking.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce blockers, and drive execution.- Drive continuous improvement in tools, reporting, and project management processes.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree- 5+ years of program or project management experience- 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- PMP- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, industrial site development, or construction.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
