Estamos buscando a un **Marketing Associate **para una de nuestras empresas aliadas.**RESPONSABILIDADES**- Build and execute our content playbook for effectively distributing content across online channels and target communities.- Write, shoot, and edit educational or engaging short form content for Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube shorts assuming total ownership for timely delivery.- Receive and triage customer service inbound in social media channels in the inbox and comments (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube).- Grow our social media following by consistently posting high quality content.- Work with the graphic design team and marketing lead at Comun to create new ideas for graphics and videos.- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.- Source creators and brands for partnerships.- Work with creators to guarantee the success of their Comun campaigns.**REQUERIMIENTOS**- A marketing guru with 2+ years of relevant experience writing content for highly engaged audiences.- A creator with an eye for virality.- Extremely creative and action oriented towards your work.- A team member who enjoys a collaborative writing process and does not have a problem asking for help or receiving feedback.- Thrilled to work in a fast-paced, growing tech startup.- Excellent at communicating in English & Spanish verbally and in writing.- Great at prioritizing between tasks and assignments.- Diligent about detail in your responses to customers and communications with the team.**INFO. ADICIONAL**As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for planning and executing the social media strategy of Comun. Growing our social accounts and community through content creation will be your top priority. You must ensure that content strategy is informed by site performance analysis and audience insights to continuously optimize results.
