Department : Technical Service Department Location : Determined by assignment Number of Openings : 3 Responsibilities : Perform daily maintenance, after-sales inspections, and technical servicing for agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, etc.). Provide technical support to agents, coordinate product line rectifications, troubleshoot issues, and manage vehicle repair projects. Conduct regular customer visits, perform equipment inspections, and oversee maintenance for newly delivered vehicles. Ensure timely parts supply, implement parts sales plans, and enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze and diagnose technical problems, execute mechanical repairs, and replace components. Submit service reports on schedule and collaborate with engineers/sales teams based in China. Requirements : Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience : Minimum 3 years of technical service and service management experience; prior experience in the agricultural machinery industry is preferred. Language : Proficiency in English as a working language. Additional : Strong technical repair skills for agricultural machinery; willingness to travel nationwide as required.
