**Marketing Assistant**TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES- Coordinar todos los procesos administrativos relacionados con las compras, la contratación de servicios externos, los requisitos informáticos y las operaciones de los eventos en cada país.- Apoyar en la gestión y organización de la agenda del CM Head.- Ser el referente en el manejo de los sistemas de compras de Bayer como SAP, P08, YourDocs, PVC, Smart Buy.- Proporcionar un análisis rápido y de alta calidad de la ejecución de los recursos (OPEX y CAPEX) con el fin de identificar cualquier desviación relevante y las razones mediante el seguimiento de todas las transacciones asociadas al departamento.- Recoger la información y hacer un seguimiento proactivo de las listas de acciones y de los temas abiertos, con énfasis en la organización del equipo de Marketing de Clientes NORLA.- Coordinar todo lo relacionado con la organización, ejecución y reportes de gastos de eventos, viajes, negociación con proveedores, logística, reuniones externas y reservas.TU **Perfil**:- 5 años de trabajo en experiência administrativa a nível ejecutivo y de apoyo a la empresa para puestos directivos.- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y coordinación.- Buenos conocimientos de software.- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales.- Capacidad para recopilar y organizar datos e información OPEX de fuentes y partes.- Flexibilidad para trabajar con equipos multiculturales.- Capacidad para trabajar bien con todos los níveles de la dirección y el personal interno, así como con clientes y proveedores externos.- Flexible, proactivo y que actúe por iniciativa propia.**Período de aplicación**:- 30 Agosto - 13 Septiembre**Código de referencia**:- **División**:- Crop Science**Ubicación**:- Mexico : Ciudad de México : Ciudad de México**Área funcional**:- Administración y servicios**Grado de posición**:- unknown**Tipo de empleo**:- Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:- Full TimeBayer ofrece una amplia variedad de programas de compensación y beneficios.
