**Your team’s dynamic**:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Mexico team to provide crucial support to the Regional Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to generate demand, drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth within your assigned region. You will also manage giveaways, printed materials, invoices, spreadsheets, open new requests and work with the Canada and LATAM Marketing Teams.**What your day will look like**:- Support in events- Validation of promotional documentation- Vendors management- Administrative tasks marketing spend update and payments flow with administrative and payables teams- Lead management reports- Open new requests through WRIKE (task management tool)- Control of materials and giveaways- Translation of PowerPoint presentations- Development and monitoring of social media- Development of graphic arts- Support for advertising activities, press office- Order giveaways and materials (booklets)- Update data on local Genetec webpage**More about you**:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; adhere to deadlines- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media management- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach- Average knowledge of market research techniques and databases**Great if you have**:- Proven experience as a marketing assistant- High School diploma in Marketing, Business or relevant field**Let’s talk perks**- Language classes- Transportation and food allowances- Gym pass- Health and Dental plan- Life InsuranceGenetec is an equal opportunity employer; we strive for diversity and inclusion through our hiring approach, as well as through the training and professional development we provide.
