We are seeking a full-time **Financial Compliance & Lease Administrator** to join the SharedEasy team.SharedEasy is a New York-based company providing full-service Coliving options to individuals looking to relocate, explore new cities, and connect with vibrant communities. Coliving is a shared housing model where residents share common spaces such as kitchens and living rooms while having the option of a private or shared bedroom. Our service includes all essentials like utilities, WiFi, furniture, appliances, and more, wrapped into one flat fee.We are searching for organized, detail-oriented individuals with a financial and administrative background to ensure the smooth management of our leases, payments, and compliance processes.**Responsibilities**:- **Oversee and manage the collection of rent payments from residents, ensuring all payments are made on time and accurately recorded**.- Proactively identify delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate follow-up procedures to recover missed payments.- Collaborate with collections agencies to manage escalated accounts and ensure a smooth transition from internal to external recovery efforts.- Administer lease agreements, renewals, and extensions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.- Monitor and manage invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing for all residents.- Coordinate lease-related activities, including drafting and updating lease documents, processing lease terminations, and ensuring all relevant data is recorded.- Assist with financial reporting related to leases, accounts receivable, and collections to provide visibility on key metrics.- Communicate effectively with residents to resolve any issues related to payments, leases, or billing, ensuring a positive customer experience.- Collaborate with internal teams such as the operations, sales and customer care departments to align on resident needs and financial processes.**Requirements**:- **Required experience**:Proven experience in collections or a related area of expertise****Financial/Administrative Experience**: Proven experience in financial compliance, accounts receivable, lease administration, or related fields. Experience in collection property management, real estate, or hospitality is a plus.- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage detailed records accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with financial and lease obligations.- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Proficiency in resolving payment disputes, coordinating with collections agencies, and working with residents to ensure smooth financial operations.- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with financial and property management software, CRM tools, and billing platforms.- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to maintain a seamless resident experience.- **Self-Motivated**: Capable of working independently, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines effectively.- **Bachelor's Degree (preferred)**: A degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.**Terms of Employment**:- **Probation Period**: 2-month fully paid probationary period.- **Work Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm EDT).- **Vacation**: 2 weeks paid vacation annually (1 week for every 6 months of work).**Compensation**:- **Salary**: $850-$1000/month- **Bonus**: Performance-based bonuses depending on adherence to financial recovery targets and lease management goals.Pay: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Collection management: 1 year (required)**Language**:- english fluently with little to no accent?
