Through our household brands, like Pond’s, St. Ives, Dove, Vaseline, Knorr, Hellman’s and Axe, we are creating a bright future for our customers, our business, and our planet - and you can be part of it.MAIN PURPOSE:Drive and lead the implementation of innovation & non innovation projects for the category in Mexico.Lead R&D activities for Formulation and Process.WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Work in innovation/renovation projects with close interaction with Marketing and Supply Chain- Interaction with R&D global teams for project development- Contact with Supply Chain for landing the innovation- Work with local R&D to develop consumer relevant insights to maximize opportunity in marketKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead R&D Activities for formula and process development in Mexico- Contact with Supply Chain for landing the innovation & growth margin improvement projects- Project Networking and follow up with Global Team- Formula and Process designWHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field require.- Excellence in Science and Technology Expertise- Formula or Process Design Experience- Ideally previous work with Personal Care technologies, and/or previous experience working in SC- Goal driven attitude.- Ability to work with cross functional teams while working with and influencing stakeholders.- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with demanding project schedules.- An independent worker/self-starter, striving to go the extra mile to deliver excellent performance.- Display influencing, communication skills towards stakeholders and leadership teams.- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail.- A proactive, collaborative, resourceful and “can do” attitude.- A high attention to detail, process-oriented, and a motivated self-starter.- Strong quantitative skills for data driven decisions.- Language: Medium-Advanced EnglishNOTE
