No international relocation available.**Main** Job**Purpose**Personal Care Latam is a multi Bn euros business and has a critical role on the delivery of Global Unilever’s results. Mexico is the second biggest country in the region having a critical role in driving growth.**This R&D PC role plays fundamental role in the shaping Innovation, Activation, Savings and Technology program. It will be the business partner for Mexico Commercial lead.****Scope/Key Interfaces**:**Key Accountabilities**:- Co-lead Personal Care (PC) strategy build and program execution with Mexico Personal Care Leadership Team- Responsible for delivering PC LATAM’s OKRs and specific deliverables agreed for PC Mexico.- Drive & execute PC R&D Savings & Resilience agenda for Mexico.- Co-lead with Marketing and Consumer Insigths area the Innovation/Renovation/Activation agenda and supports that incremental revenue and in-market executions targets are delivered.- Co-lead, design & execute Brands & Products superiority (UBS) plan for Mexico.- Understand consumer and competitive context in Mexico to identify business opportunities & consumer needs, generate consumer insights & pre-empt threats and risks.- Develop and lead the team, ensuring a talent pipeline working along with R&D colleagues.- Lead R&D PC in Cuernavaca and ensure Safety & Operation of the Labs.**We expect this person to**:- Partner with PC Mexico leads, defining and delivering the short and longer-term category Innovation and Savings program, also shapes and delivers the UBS agenda.- Partner with PC Mexico Supply Chain, Customer Development & Marketing teams to define and execute activation agenda aligned to key strategic choices.- Partner with Deos & Skin Cleansing Latam R&D leads based in BR and ARG.- It is responsible for the direct management and development of Mexico R&D PC team.**Required** Experience**- Science or Engineering Degree- +4 years Managing large teams on a fast moving consumer goods company- Business Acumen - a person oriented to provide business solutions by connecting the technology to the business needs.- Stakeholder Management - High Level of seniority and influence- Strategic Mindset - Balance between Customer Centricity and Technology & Science- It is desirable to have experience in Personal Care or Beauty and Wellbeing industries- It is desirable to have experience with LATAM market.- English advanced**Key skills &**Behaviours**- Confidence, energy, adaptability, personal mastery, business acumen and resilience- Positive and can-do mentality; make it happen- (Learning) Agility; Change mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo and learn- Excellent in strategic thinking and influencing- Strong display of following SOLs:- Purpose and service- Passion for high performance- Consumer love- Growth mindset- Agility and speed- Talent catalyst- Personal accountability
