With more than 100 years of innovation, we've defined our industry with proprietary products that deliver revolutionary style and functionality and can be found in millions of homes and commercial buildings globally.**Position Overview**Reporting to the Plant Director, the Senior Operations Manager ensures efficient plant operations by managing staff, optimizing processes, and implementing quality controls. Your data-driven decisions and cross-department collaboration will align with our management by objectives and help to drive organizational success. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to make a significant impact.
