Production Supervisor

As a production supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinate and supervise human and material resources, following the rules and procedures established to guarantee compliance with production programs in a timely manner.**Key Responsibilities**- Coordinate the related tasks of each manufacturing stage, to ensure compliance with the daily production schedule.- Review the consumption of materials and process times, to guarantee the correct consumption and have a control in the inventories.- Communicate deviations to the daily production program, so that adjustments are made in human and material resources in order to comply with and define said program.- Communicate changes in production processes, roles and tasks, to the personnel in charge in order to guarantee the proper operation of the process.- Monitor compliance with the safety regulations and conditions in the area in order to minimize and control the risks inherent to the process in a timely manner.**Qualifications**- From a Bachelor Degree Chemical Engineer or Industrial Engineer- 3 years of experience as a supervisor- Knowledge of industrial processes, understanding and interpretation of KPIs, knowledge of chemicals management and advanced Excel management- Availability to roll shifts**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
