IMPORTANT SOFTWARE COMPANY HAS AN IMMEDIATE NEED FOR:NETSUITE ADMINISTRATORQualifications and requirements:- 5+ years' experience with NetSuite, plus a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 5+ years' experience working with systems implementations and third-party providers / EDI.- Accounting background.- knowledge of Advanced revenue Models.- Software revenue and ASC 606 revenue recognition.- Ability to act as primary NetSuite system administrator - manage accounts, permissions, handle technical issues.- Ability to modify the system to integrate new acquisitions.- Set up new legal entities within hierarchies.- Coordinate with accounting to upload trial balances and ensure processes flow smoothly.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and effectively juggle multiple tasks at the same time.- Highly proficient business English - both verbal and written.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:- NetSuite Certifications: SuiteFoundation, Financial User, ERP Consultant, Administrator, SuiteAnalytics.- Experience working in a fast-moving environment.- Experience as a senior staff accountant or controller.- Experience with SaaS.- Salesforce integration configuration and support experience- Strong reporting analysis background.- Highly technical in understanding sophisticated tool structures.- NetSuite Certifications: SuiteFoundation, Financial User, ERP Consultant, Administrator, SuiteAnalytics.- Experience working in a fast-moving environment.- Experience as a senior staff accountant or controller.- Experience with SaaS.- Salesforce integration configuration and support experience.- Strong reporting analysis background.- Highly technical in understanding sophisticated tool structures.Considerations:- This position is 100% remote from any estate inside Mexico.- Competitive salary.- Full time position with 100% payroll scheme + additional benefits.“We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
