As a **Mid-Level Recruiter**, you will play a crucial role in building our IT teams by identifying and hiring exceptional talent. This on-site position requires someone with experience in recruitment, particularly within the tech industry, who can effectively manage the end-to-end hiring process.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential hires.- Manage recruitment timelines to optimize "time to fill" and "time to hire."- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.**Requirements**:- Degree in Psychology or a related discipline.- Minimum of 2 years in an IT recruitment role.- Advanced level of English.- Familiarity with recruitment tools, agile methodologies, and IT recruitment practices.- Experience with recruitment software, and understanding of interview techniques.- Participated in hiring positions like, Fullstack developer, Software engineer, QA Engineer manual/automation, SDETs, SRE, Security, and others.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.- Strategic thinking with a focus on results.*This position is on-site.Blvd. Solidaridad 164 D Col.
