Sr. Analyst

Overview:A quality analyst evaluates loan products, lending systems, and other programs to ensure communication and documentation are free of defects and meet the quality standards of the organization.- Analyze quality reporting trends & behaviors and share findings with Operations- Review QA weekly/monthly results with Operations, Compliance & Training- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved- Communicate changes in QA policies and procedures- Analyze trends & behaviors to create action plans for process enhancements- Work with remote teams and vendors- Follow established review processes and internal controls- Update trackers/reports as necessary to review results on policies, procedures, and regulations**Responsibilities**:A QA Analyst is responsible to review customer and loan information for accuracy and facilitate calibration meetings and weekly coaching sessions with team members and supervisors. This includes scheduling meetings to follow-up on required documentation and ensure all lines of business meet the established deadlines.- Provide feedback and an appropriate coaching to all call center supervisor/agents.- Help and support all operation supervisor/agents to work in their opportunity areas- Provide continuous training on all new procedures & top call drivers- Communicate effectively with all operational areas when new procedures and policies are implementedQualifications:- Strong Analytical and critical thinking skills- Proficient communication skills, both verbal & written in Spanish and English- Planning and organizational skills- Intermediate level of experience in providing feedback internally- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)- Intermediate to expert experience in quality inspection, auditing, or testing preferred- Must be able to work during core business hours a full-time schedule- Must be able to help all personnel develop their skills- Intermediate level of experience and ability in Consumer Lending- #LI-SG1- #LI-Remote- #INDCompany Overview:**ABOUT OPORTUN**- Oportun (Nasdaq: OPRT) is an A.I.powered digital banking platform that seeks to make financial health effortless for anyone.
