In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to Plant Manager, you as a Maintenance & Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for provide advanced analytical support and appropriate data to assist Operations in developing strategies to reduce supplies and maintenances costs.About the job:- Responsible for annual Maintenance Budget.- Ensure budgetary control across maintenance activities in line with all standards and protocols.- Lead supplier evaluation and selection to reduce spare parts cost- Support Manufacturing Improvement and Continuous Improvement Projects.- Manage and control the spare part warehouse including the quotation, requisition, and storage process.- Coach, develop and evaluate Maintenance Engineers.- Provide advanced analytical support and appropriate data to assist Operations in developing strategies to reduce supplies and maintenances costs.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and communicate with internal and external customers.- Other duties as assigned.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About you:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronics.- 10+ years experience in Maintenance area.- 5+ years experience as a Maintenance Leader.- 3+ years experience in Sourcing.- English language proficiency is required.- Strategic planning and high sense of organization, with focus on achieving excellent results.- Able to lead and direct diverse teams.- Strong Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices.- Excel and SAP advanced.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
