Here, you’ll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.Digital Adoption SpecialistAs a Digital Adoption Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading and driving the adoption of digital tools and technologies within our organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design and implement strategies that optimize our operations and enhance our digital capabilities. We are seeking a talented and innovative individual with a passion for design thinking. As part of the Digital Transformation team, you will contribute to shaping our organization's digital future.**Responsibilities**- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive strategies for the adoption and utilization of digital tools and technologies within our organization.- Conduct thorough research on emerging digital tools and technologies, evaluating their applicability to our organization, and making recommendations for implementation.- Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to encourage innovative thinking and drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies across the organization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of digital tools into existing systems and processes.- Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of implemented digital tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.- Demonstrated experience in adopting and managing digital tools and technologies in Health or similar industries.- Experience in evaluating and selecting digital tools, assessing their effectiveness and potential benefits.- Strong project management skills, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and delivering results within deadlines.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.- Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.We are seeking an individual who can lead the way in driving digital adoption and transformation within our organization.
