**Tasks**:Organizar al personal en los procesos de recepción de materiales, almacenamiento, surtido de materiales y embarques de producto terminado. Asegurar el correcto flujo de los materiales, supervisar el desarrollo de las actividades conforme a instructivos de trabajo. Cumplir con los lineamientos de Medio ambiente, Seguridad y Salud, Vigilar el orden, limpieza y los aspectos de seguridad del Almacén. 5s, Instructivos de operacion manejo de materiales. Asi como llevar el registro de desempeño de cada actividad para su mejora.**Qualifications**:- Nível de educación Ing. Industrial y / o Lic. Administración- Proponer y participar en las decisiones de identificación de oportunidades en las diferentes etapas de la cadena de suministro para la Mejora Continua.- Manejo de personal de almacén- Establecer mejores prácticas para las areas y rutinas ya establecidas en tiempo y forma- Identificar y analiza gaps sistémicos en implementación de nuevos proyectos proponiendo soluciones- Conocimiento en manejo de materiales- Ejecucion de Proyectos dirigidos a la mejora continua *Conocimientos en lean manufacturing- Liderazgo y Proactividad- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos- Ingles 80%**About us**:Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
