Join Western Union as a Technical, EUC Solutions Support.**Western Union powers your pursuit.****Role Responsibilities**- You will respond to work incidents and requests regarding installation, configuration and or maintenance of client hardware, software, and the deployment of new technology releases.- Your will perform new PC installations, troubleshooting and repair.- You will also evaluate and integrate new hardware configurations and provide support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals in LACA region.- Modifies systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications.- Assists in integration of new hardware configurations and provides support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals.- Performs additional job duties when required.**Role Requirements**- High School degree plus additional relevant technical certifications, at least one (1) to three (3) years of related IT experience providing end user support preferably within the operations environment.- Experience in a company with ITIL processes implemented and working with mobile devices that run in Android or iOS- Experience supporting end user operating systems including MS Windows 10, MacOS.- Knowledge of device and software deployment and management tools including Active Directory, MS Office, Antivirus, Tanium, Audio Video tools, Avaya.- Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to interact with partners globally.- Upper intermediate English Level.**We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
