Your leadership and executive presence will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product development and innovation in our HR processes.**Responsibilities**:- **Roadmap Execution**: Define and execute the product roadmap for the Global HR function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adapting to customer needs.- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with Global HR leadership, HR teams, and external vendors to gather insights, prioritize features, and enhance product adoption across the organization.- **Market Insights**: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in HR tools. Evaluate third-party tools as part of our technology evolution.- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product effectiveness and guide continuous improvement initiatives.- **Implementation Support**: Facilitate the rollout of new technologies and processes, providing necessary training and support to ensure user adoption. Transition roadmap items to delivery teams with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.**Requirements**:- **Experience**: 3-5 years in product management/product owner roles, and/or HR technology experience (HRIS systems, workforce management solutions, payroll systems, etc.).- **User-Centric Mindset**: Strong focus on understanding user needs and pain points, translating them into product features and enhancements.- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.- **Team Leadership**: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop a product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and market opportunities.- **Technical Skills**: Understanding of technical aspects of the product, including familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.**Circana Behaviors**As well as the technical skills, experience, and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
