We believe that nature got it right the first time.**The team for you to join**- You will be joining the Applications Team, also you will be located in Mexico City. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda. We love to learn and genuinely find our purpose and passion in Oterra.**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree in Food Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering and Chemical Engineering- Previous experience in experimental lab, research institute, or the food and beverage industry (desirable/not mandatory)**What would your role look like?**- Inventory management and control (raw materials and decolorant samples)- Sample shipment and request- Development and monitoring of procedures- Stability tracking (laboratory equipment management)- Support in customer projects- Weighing of raw materials (macro and micro ingredients)- Laboratory organization**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**- Languages Required: English (intermediate)**If you need more information?****About Oterra**- Oterra, an EQT portfolio company, is the largest provider of naturally sourced colors worldwide.
