We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry and Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This position combines accurate data entry with positive customer interaction to ensure a satisfying experience.*Responsibilities:*- Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases.- Maintain updated and complete records of client transactions and activities.- Handle customer complaints and concerns courteously and effectively.- Set up delivery appointments with consignees.- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.- Perform additional administrative tasks as necessary.*Requirements:*- Strong data entry skills with high speed and accuracy.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Customer orientation and problem solving skills.- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.- Knowledge of office software, such as Microsoft Office.- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is an advantage.- Previous experience using transportation management systems is an advantage.*Benefits:*- Competitive salary.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- fluent English (required)Work Location: In person
