CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A DIRECT CUSTOMER CONTACT POSITION IS PREFERRED.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION; ENERGETIC AND OUTGOING PERSONALITY.
- EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS; ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE PROFESSIONALLY, EFFECTIVELY AND WITH EMPATHY IN POTENTIALLY DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES.
- MULTITASKING SKILLS AND THE DETAIL-ORIENTED FOCUS REQUIRED FOR A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
- BASIC PC KNOWLEDGE, WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEMS, INTERNET AND MAINSTREAM WEB BROWSERS.
- BILINGUAL - ENGLISH/SPANISH A PLUS.
SHIFT:
TRAINING 8:00AM TO 4:00PM (1-2 WEEKS)
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (NINE-HOUR SHIFT, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M., 10:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.))
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
-MONTHLY BASE SALARY $16000
-MONTHLY GROSS PERFORMANCE BONUS UP TO $5,100 METRICS BASED ON INTAKES AND PERFECT ATTENDANCE TO BE ELEGIBLE.
-BONUS WILL BE PAYED ONCE A MONTH.
-$1500 FOOD STAMPS (EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO START AT LEAST THE 5TH DAY OF - THE MONTH TO RECEIVE PAYMENT THE FOLLOWING MONTH)
-4% SAVINGS STAMPS
-15 DAYS CHRISTMAS BONUS (INCREASES 1 DAY PER YEAR, UP TO 21 DAYS)
-ALL OTHER LAW BENEFITS: VACATIONS, IMSS, PROFIT SHARE
