This position isresponsible for the Ice Cream Category, leading key innovations under Brands like Solero, Mordisko andCornetto. The position reports into the R&D Ice Cream Manager México.LOCATION: TultitlánMAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:In this role, you will work as a variety of projects, developing new or improving existing products, landing keyinitiatives around sustainability, nutrition and cost saving while maintain the unique consumer appeal of ourbrands. You’ll also work in close partnership across internal functions (Marketing; Supply Chain;Procurement) as well as key external partners and suppliers (e.g. Third-Party Manufacturers and ingredientssuppliers).YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN SIMILAR ROLES: 3 yearsMAIN RESPONSABILITIES:- Formulation work stream leader, working with Brand Development and the cross-functional project- team, ensuring ingredients are fit for purpose to meet the product brief, and delivered on time, in- full.- Define the ingredients to be used which will deliver the product functional and sensorial benefits as- well as the stability throughout the entire shelf life.- Technical briefings to Partner to Win suppliers pursuing new technologies- Deliver formulation which not only meets the required quality and technical standards, but also- delights the consumer and builds brand love.- To deliver the content of technical specifications for all ingredients developed in a project.- They also help to define and implement changes in delivering cost saving innovation developing the- most cost-efficient formulations.- Identify savings opportunities related to portfolio optimization and GM hot cells SKUs.- Manage and lead supplier relationships in the development of new products/ change of materials,- working closely with other functions such as Procurement- To comply with the Unilever Code of Business Principles and all SHE and QA policies, including the- support of product claims, risk management and environmental awareness.LEVEL OF EDUCATION NEEDED: University Degree, Chemical Engineer, Food EngineerWHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED?- Passion for creative food product design and development- Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility and ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds, personalities, work styles.- Flexibility in work style to be able to manage several projects simultaneously.- Time management and priority settingIMPORTANT INFORMATION TO APPLY IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER:- Current Mexican work Visa- Social Security number (NSS)- CURP- RFC
