**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.- 5-8 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.- Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.- Experience with BI tools (e.g., SAP BW, Power BI, Tableau) preferred.- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.- VISA- Advanced English level **indispensable.**:- **English CV is indispensable.****Benefits**Benefits entitled by the Mexico Law and additional benefits such as:- Flexible Schedules- Hybrid Work- Monday to Friday- Major Medical Expenses- Up to 16,000 net weekly based on experience- and More.
