You will manage and oversee the methods and processes in support of both new and existing products.What a typical day looks like:- Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.- Review data analysis-related materials.- Participate with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.- Direct the activities of supply chain managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.- Interact regularly with executives, customers, and vendors.- Drive supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial competitiveness.- Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.- Fluent English oral and written.- Advanced functional, technical, people, and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.- Expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.- Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries, or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.- Office Skills: Typing, telephones, data entry, HR-related, and office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation packages.- Good knowledge of employment law and company practices, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.- Previous customer-facing experience is also a plus.- Project management experience is also a plus.- New Product Development is also a plus.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceKJ12Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain
