Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Manager located in Guadalajara, South Campus.- Reporting to the Sr. Director Supply Chain Management, Strategic Supply Chain Manager role involves directing planning, development, implementation and maintenance of processes & procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. You will manage and oversee the methods and processes in support of both new and existing products.- What a typical day looks like:- Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.- Review data analysis related materials.- Participate with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.- Direct the activities of supply chain managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.- Interact regularly with executives, customers and vendors.- Drive supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial competitiveness.- Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.- The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.- Fluent English oral and written.- Automotive Experiences is a must.- Project Sourcing and Design to cost.- Advanced functional, technical, people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.- Expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.- Detail oriented- Customer facing (internal and external), supplier negotiation, inventory management, results driven- Previous customer facing experience is also a plus.- Project management experience is also a plus.- .- What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.- HS115Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
