Propósito del rol:
El responsable de relaciones laborales en LATAM (países de habla hispana) estará a cargo del desarrollo y la ejecución de estrategias de relaciones laborales y con los empleados en toda LATAM (países de habla hispana). Este rol garantiza el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales, gestiona las relaciones sindicales, impulsa las estrategias de negociación y fomenta un ambiente saludable de relaciones con los empleados. El responsable también actuará como asesor clave en asuntos laborales y relacionados con el empleo, asegurando la alineación con las estrategias de P&C globales y regionales.
- Desarrolla e implementa una estrategia de Relaciones Laborales para LATAM (países hispanohablantes) alineada con las directrices globales de Opella sobre P&C (people and culture).
- Garantiza el manejo oportuno y conforme de las Acciones Disciplinarias, de acuerdo con la Política Global y los requisitos locales.
- Desarrolla, implementa y asesora en la estrategia de Relaciones Laborales, la preparación y negociación de CBA (Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo).
- Construye y mantiene relaciones con sindicatos y otros organismos de representación de los trabajadores.
- Participa en asesoría ad hoc sobre relaciones laborales y relaciones de empleo para eventos importantes de la fuerza laboral.
- Gestión del desempeño: capacita a gerentes y P&C en el manejo de situaciones de desempeño y casos especiales.
- Participa activamente en el diseño de políticas que afectan a los empleados, contratistas externos y/o representantes sindicales.
- Asegura el cumplimiento general de LATAM con la legislación laboral y de empleo.
- Gestiona los acuerdos comerciales con firmas de abogados locales en LATAM.
- Proporciona orientación experta sobre litigios laborales y se asocia con asesores legales externos según sea necesario.
- Trabaja junto con People Services para garantizar que el proceso implementado para nóminas, asuntos migratorios, incorporación y salida se actualicen de acuerdo con la legislación local de cada país.
- Experiencia Previa: Sólida experiencia en relaciones laborales de manufactura y comercial.
- Experiencia requerida en Colombia, Argentina y México (Conocimiento elevado en Legislación).
- Competencias clave: Visión estratégica del negocio.
- Escolaridad: Abogad@ (Experto en Relaciones Laborales).
- Conocimientos Técnicos: Capacidad para negociar con sindicatos y trabajadores, manejo de Excel, presentaciones corporativas en inglés.
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado conversacional.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a países de Latinoamérica.
