If you are willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow’s cleaner and smarter mobility, **Forvia Faurecia is the place to be**Our **Faurecia Automotive Seating **is looking for you as a **Logistics Packaging Coordinator** for our site in **San Luis Potosí.**The role of a Packaging Coordinator is to lead the activities with sites of Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) including standard tools and best practices methodologies within plants in scope. Scope of position within the complete supply chain of the plant is potentially related to internal and externals flows, physicals and information’s system flows.**The main missions of the role are**:- Communicate Improvement initiatives: train and coach plant employees when necessary and carry out progress workshops in accordance with the plant PC&L manager.- Manage the PC&L packaging Portfolio, Identify, propose and implement best practices in order improve the PC&L performance : packaging utilization, handling utilization, with the effective support of other functions ( Purchasing, Quality, FES, ME, Finance, Digital).- Provide training plans if team requires to improve the skills of PC&L team on the asigned area.- The proper implementation on time of all the standards and best practices related to packaging on the supply chain, as a centralized support, under the PC&L Improvement priority guidance, for serial life improvements but also for upcoming programs, as a support.- Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering or supply-chain management or equivalent- Experience in Logistic operations and or Logistic programs, packaging (product design is a plus) and improvement projects in an automotive sector.- Intermediate-Advanced English communication skills- Lead to results, leadership, initiative, analysis and strong negotiation skills.**Forvia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
