**What success looks like in this role**:- Home Based Mexico. _**Summary**:The Project Analyst-Coordinator is responsible for supporting infrastructure-related projects and managing project execution and completion for small to moderate sized infrastructure predominantly around desktops or networks.This position will support customer PC tech refresh work across Latin America and the Caribbean.- Customer Interface- Excellent customer support and interpersonal skills- Possesses experience in the overall responsibility for managing the refresh project- Perform detailed planning, project execution management and completion of moderate size projects.- Assigns and schedules resources and tasks- Evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans.- Manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting- Oversees development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures.- Follow up with key client staff regularly throughout the project with focus on issue tracking and resolution- Provide timely and comprehensive status reports- Provide up-to-date information to clients in response to specific inquiries- Develop follow up methodology for commitments prior to requested date.- Provide advance notifications to management regarding potential risks before they become issues- Communication- Effective and adaptable team leadership- Innovative self-starter with excellent communication skills- Facilitate effective two-way communication with staff members and management- Attend weekly staff meetings and provide input on status reports- Document issue resolutions clearly and accurately- Security and Safety- Adhere to all basic security and safety standards according to Customer’s requirements.LI-AO1**You will be successful in this role if you have: -**Critical requirement: experience in planning, organizing and managing technology implementation and update projects.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong English and Spanish language skills required.
