**Employee Experience Specialist**We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Employee Experience Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance employee experience and support their professional growth.**Responsibilities**:- Assist in the design, development, and execution of initiatives and solutions that support the organization’s employee enrichment objectives and strategy.- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement surveys and other measuring tools and analyze the results to identify initiatives that address areas of improvement and employee needs.- Coordinate events and programs to foster employee sense of community and boost employee morale and engagement.- Manage communications to promote employee events, surveys, programs, and HR initiatives across internal channels to ensure that employees are kept well informed about upcoming events, programs, and company updates.- Assist in the delivery of HR processes and programs across the organization.- Foster strong relationships with employees by providing timely and effective HR support.- Perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 3+ years of professional experience in HR operations and facilitation.- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, focusing on employee engagement, culture, or organizational development.- High level of discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters and dedication to maintaining trust.- Experience working across all levels of the organization in a global environment.- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines.- Passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment.- Willing to work North America time zones and periodically work a flexible schedule.**About Inviso**:_Inviso is a premier consulting firm that delivers business solutions through Solution Assessment, Azure Infrastructure, Modern Work & Security, Data & Analytics, Business Process Automation, Cloud Cost & License Optimization, Staffing, and Marketing.
