Track and Trace Coordinator

**Important Logistic Company is looking for a**:**Track and Trace Coordinator | Tracking Logistics Coordinator****Education**:Highschool diploma or equivalent. But Associates or College Degree preferred.**Important**This is a bilingual position, we requiere a proficient English level.**Must Have**:- At least 80% English language proficiency.- 1 year of experience in administrative support or customer service.**Essential duties and responsibilities**:- Proactively contact carriers and customers to ensure pickup and delivery appointments are set and trucks are in route when expected.- Complete data entry after obtaining track and trace updates on shipments.- Coordinate and assist with the collection of appropriate documents from carriers.- Provide support and resolution to customer problems following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate to proper business function as needed to help maintain high quality customer satisfaction.**Skills**:- Exceptional attention to detail.- Service mentality, positive and effective communicator.- Must be willing to work through unexpected problems to find a reasonable solution.- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.- Ability to quickly learn and navigate through multiple systems proficiently.**Salary**:Up to 25k per month.**Work days**: Monday to Friday.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: Hasta $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesLocation Type:- PresencialNível de experiência:- 2 añosPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vidaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Have you work in a bilingual company before?- Which level you consider you have using Microsoft Office?- Can you share with us about your experience in logistics, please?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
