Responsibilities Manage a team and IT Cloud activities including leading the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based systems for the organization Manage and oversee the work of IT Cloud Engineering, and Software Development. Supporting enterprise platform implementations for DevOps, AI, and Digital product development. This may include coaching and mentoring your team and other engineers in the adoption of best practices. Lead in the design and implementation of broad IT Cloud Engineering and, Software Development strategies which may include developing a 3-year roadmap and negotiating alignment with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., R&D and product development) Plan and direct complex activities with significant business impact with the accountability for successful completion of all deliverables. Lead in identifying risk, developing mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolving issues in collaboration with cross functional and/or matrix teams Establish and develop procedures for Enterprise Hybrid Cloud Workloads while engaging proper Enterprise level standards in security, governance, availability and scalability. Partner with the necessary peer organizations to ensure alignment.
