A home for your talent and ambition.A home for everyone.Overview:**Responsibilities**:Schedule internal interviews, send the invites, and keep the system records updated.Adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.Qualifications:2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience for hourly roles in manufacturing or logistic environments preferred.A minimum of 1-3 years of experience and demonstrated knowledge of corporate human resources/recruitment is strongly preferred.- Familiarity with one or more applicant tracking system- previous experience with iCIMS ATS is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial relations, psychology, or similar.- Ability to approach situations with a high level of professionalism and a healthy sense of humor.- Maintain clear communication and consistent follow-up with internal stakeholders during the recruitment process,- Ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately.- Ability to improve, execute on and uphold recruiting processes, standards, and strategies.- Administrative expertise that allows you to meet and exceed deadlines by managing and organizing your time, projects, and high-volume of positions effectively.- Advanced English Level Skills.Hiring Range:Aplicable de acuerdo a localidadEEO Statement:Declaración de Igualdad de Oportunidades de Empleo: AS Maquila México S. de R.L. de C.V. y American Standard B&K México, son empleadores que ofrecen igualdad de oportunidades.
