-Job description**Administrador de Sucursal.**HSBC México, ofrecemos oportunidades para desarrollar una carrera profesional para personas con excelente actitud de servicio, trato al cliente, gusto por las ventas y visión por desarrollarse en el área Comercial en el puesto de Administrador de Sucursal.**Función principal.**Supervisión y control de la operación de ventanillas y operación de plataforma, asegurando su buen funcionamiento, optimizando recursos, asegurando que los Ejecutivos de Servicio cuenten con un flujo eficiente de efectivo, asegurando que los Promotores realicen de forma correcta y oportuna los procesos y operaciones inherentes a su puesto. Fungir donde la operación de la sucursal lo permita, como anfitrión en plataforma, proporcionando servicios a los clientes, logrando con ello la satisfacción del cliente y referidos para la venta en plataforma.**Requisitos.**- Licenciatura en el área Económico-Administrativa o Financiera (trunca o concluida) o Bachillerato concluido.- Experiência en servicio y/o atención al cliente, mínimo 6 meses.- Experiência en ventas, mínimo de 6 meses, preferente en el sector financiero.- Experiência en operación bancaria (productos), mínimo de 6 meses.- Conocimiento en regulaciones existentes.- Horario de Lunes a Sábado.Requirements**Habilidades.**- Orientación al cliente y a ventas.- Trabajo en equipo.- Gestión de equipo.- Enfoque a resultados / Solución de problemas.- Adaptación al cambio.**Ofrecemos.**Contratación directa por parte del Banco.Sueldo base, bono trimestral por desempeño, aguinaldo, prima vacacional, seguro de vida, seguro de gastos médicos mayores, créditos, descuentos en los productos del Banco, participación activa en programas de sustentabilidad/ responsabilidad social, descuentos en más de 9,000 establecimientos y un plan de carrera acorde a tus aspiraciones.“En HSBC esperamos que nuestra gente se trate con dignidad y respeto, creando una cultura incluyente que promueva igualdad de oportunidades.
