The SAP SuccessFactors Global Presales Intern will gain significant experience in and exposure to business operations within a world-class organization, including Sales, Sales Support and HR lines of business.**What you’ll do**:Position title: SAP iXp Intern - HXM Global PresalesLocation: MexicoVacancies: The Team is looking for 1 Intern**In this role, you’ll**:This role will include 50% Digital responsibilities and 50% Sales Performance Management (SPM) Demo Content Support:Digital Responsibilities:- Work with the Global HXM Digital and Virtual Experience Hub Lead on a variety of digital projects which include, but are not limited to:- Curation and maintenance of the HXM video catalog within multiple platforms.- Updating current video content.- Translating current video content into Spanish (as well as any other languages this person may be proficient in).SPM Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and translation of Spanish demonstration Sales Performance Management (SPM) content. Currently, SPM demo assets are in English. Spanish-translated demo scripts, videos and demo solution content is vital to showcasing SPM value in the local language and allowing Sales and PreSales teams to focus on delivering real value in their presentations rather than spending valuable time addressing language differences in which many valuable points can be lost in translation.- The individual will work with the SPM Demo Solutions Specialist and SPM Knowledge Champions in LAC to identify and translate assets and content according to a prioritized list of requirements from the region.- Complete other tasks and projects as needed/requested by the Global HXM Presales Team.**Who you are**:- Must be a current University student- Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Systems, or other related fields- Fluent in English- Previous internship experience desired- A digital native with experience developing multi-media collateral and engagement strategies for video and other virtual tools- A multiplier, someone who goes beyond the job description to contribute strongly to others on a high performing team- A storyteller and content creator with a knack for making technical material compelling, accessible and relevant to various target audiences- A creative and critical thinker who thrives when experimenting and adapting to rapidly shifting markets- Ability and motivation for self-learning- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Adept at tailoring tone, visual content and framing of communications materials to best resonate with target audiences- Flexible, self-aware, highly motivated and open to feedback- Demonstrated ability to work independently and respond to requests under tight deadlines and in a dynamic working environmentProject Management and Tracking- Personal Time Management- Problem Solving and Issue Tracking**We are SAP****Our inclusion promise**SAP’s culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
