The Basel Regulatory reporting team is responsible for for producing the PRA reports and RWA disclosures in the Group Annual Report & Accounts and for meeting all Pillar 1, Pillar 3 and Regulatory MI Reporting requirements under Basel 2/3 Framework.The role will have functional reporting line into the Regulatory Reporting Lead for the Latin America region as well as a local entity manager. The role will be required to support key stakeholders based in Argentina, Uruguay & Chile and collaborate with team members based in India.**Requirements**:**Requirements**:- Strong written and oral communicate skills (English).- Ability to communicate complex ideas (e.g. relating to transactions/adoption of policies) in a simple manner to a global audience- Bachelor’s degree or minimum, and proven and progressive financial services or banking experience, with a background in regulatory reporting and or Risk.- Enrolment in one of the MBA, CA, CWA, CS, CPA, CFA a plus would be an asset- Ability to multi-task to ensure compliance with strict deadlines- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations and be able to understand issues quickly- Strong attention to detail and being solution oriented- Due to the significant amount of data and exposures being analyzed very strong desktop PC skills are also a prerequisite- Good knowledge of balance sheet, banking and financial products and how they impact regulatory reporting and more generically the banking businessYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
