To consider this role you must be located in Monterrey, Mexico. We are looking for a highly-skilled, mission-driven individual with boundless drive and enthusiasm for digital transformation.ObjectiveYou will help the development of the skills of the workers, promoting the culture of knowledge through an open and flexible approach, you will facilitate the process of continuous evaluation and you will promote the commitment of the employees with the achievement of the goals.**Requisitos**:**Responsibilities**:The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the overall creation, development, and maintenance of the supply chain management, to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction while coordinating the personnel and processes to achieve production distribution and raw materials arrival.Job Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations and shipment tracking to ensure on-time delivery of materials.- To plan and manage logistics, warehouse, commercial inspection, and customer services.- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and retailers.- Comply with import/export and tax law regulations- To arrange order shipment, track cargo information- Communicate with STAFF members to comply with production demands.- Compliance for IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certification, CTPAT, AEO- Logistics data analysis to plan and achieve cost optimization.- Management and control of inventory systems for Annex 24 and 30**Skills**:- Communication and negotiation- Customer-oriented- Record Keeping- Organization- Being able to adapt to working mode within different time zones (working with China)- English required (Business English is a plus)- Ability to work on multiple projects (different suppliers and clients)- Response under pressure- ️Who are you?English C1 or B2++4 years of import/export experience being familiar with operation process and related regulations and policies of Mexico Ports (all transportation)IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT Certification, CTPAT, AEO knowledgeSAPSAT regulationsData AnalysisMaster's Degree in International Trade or Logistics is a plus.Annex 24 & 30Experience in the automotive industry or similarOur benefits for youCompetitive salary, you work in a digital environmentFun, inclusive and transparent work culture.
