The goal is to make sure we maintain the customer value to the standards set forth by the company. Hybrid work model available. Onboarding and training outside of México.**In your new role you will:- Incident & Change request resolution- Create, solve or coordinate incidents and change requests fast and efficient in respective areas to keep operations stable- Root cause analysis- Analyze the root cause of incidents and develop measures to avoid them in areas of your responsibilities- Collaborate cross-functional with other IT parties & functions to continuously improve our services- Take part in projects and be creative & innovative at work**You are best equipped for this task if you have:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent- Good proficiency in English is compulsory- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision- Willing to learn and work smart- Team player and customer focused- Experience in IT Support or IT Service Management is an added advantage- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply- It is essential to have a valid visa and passport**Part of your life.
