The goal is to make sure we maintain the customer value to the standards set forth by the company. Hybrid work model available. Onboarding and training outside of México.**In your new role you will:- **Incident & Change request resolution**:- **Create, solve or coordinate incidents **and change requests fast and efficient in respective areas to keep operations stable- Root cause analysis- Analyze the root cause of incidents and develop measures to avoid them in areas of your responsibilities- **Collaborate cross-functional with other IT parties **& functions to continuously improve our services- Take part in projects and be creative & innovative at work**You are best equipped for this task if you have:- **Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent**:- **Good proficiency in English is compulsory**:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision- Willing to learn and work smart- Team player and customer focused- Experience in IT Support or IT Service Management is an added advantage- **Fresh graduates are welcome to apply**:- **It is essential to have a valid visa and passport****Part of your life.
