Descripción y detalle de las actividades The CFO is responsible for performing effective risk management and planning the organization's financial strategy and must be well-versed in all aspects of accounting and financial management. The ultimate goal is to protect the company's revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. The CFO should be a dynamic, "roll-up-the-sleeves" type of person with particular experience in the maquiladora industry to drive our financial performance and lead critical functions of our organization. This person must have strong background in financial and investment analysis, banking relations and Mexican fiscal aspects. Experiencia y requisitos Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Finance or related; CPA and / or MBA preferred. Extensive background in manufacturing and international operations. An accomplished accounting or finance professional with a career demonstrating increasing responsibility as a senior financial leader, with at least 5 or more years of relevant experience. Highly effective in strategic development, controls and systems, corporate finance, and treasury activities. Solid working knowledge of statutory accounting rules, GAAP and other legal requirements as they pertain to manufacturing and international operations. Strong background in industrial cost accounting. Highly developed financial skill sets in the areas of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, as well as financial systems and reporting. Strong background in cost accounting, international operations, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency issues. Ability to create strategies and solve problems.
