Actualmente buscamos a un crack en **Reclutamiento y headhunting** para formar parte de nuestro increíble team de jóvenes apasionados por **hacer la diferencia****Solo necesitas**:- Licenciatura concluida- Al menos 2 a 3 años de experiência en reclutamiento de personal administrativo, mandos medios, gerencial y directivos en cualquier sector (industrial, TI, médico, turismo, etc.)- Dominio de diversas bolsas de empleo y búsquedas booleanas- Excelentes habilidades para la comunicación, actitud emprendedora y muy buena ortografía.- Inglés es un plus**Responsabilidades**:- Coordinar y monitorear cada etapa del proceso de selección, desde la elaboración de la descripción del puesto hasta el cierre exitoso y la integración efectiva del talento contratado.- Realizar entrevistas en profundidad para evaluar competencias técnicas y blandas.- Trabajar de manera cercana con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades organizacionales y diseñar estrategias de búsqueda alineadas con sus objetivos.- Proporcionar asesoramiento estratégico durante todo el proceso de reclutamiento.- Mapear proactivamente el mercado laboral, identificando talentos clave.**Beneficios**:- Sueldo base de entre $12,000 a $15,000 netos mensuales- Comisiones mensuales por cobertura de vacantes- Comisiones por cumplimiento de metas de facturación (no topadas)- Prestaciones de ley- Total pass, descuentos en optometría y laboratorios- Excelente ambiente laboral y cultura organizacional- Actividades recreativas- Horario lunes a viernes de 9am a 6pm en la Roma Norte (presencial)**Si cumples con los requisitos no dudes en tomar esta gran oportunidad**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mesPago complementario:- Bono de productividadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuántos años de experiência tienes en Headhunting o reclutamiento?- ¿Cuánto tiempo de traslado haces de tu domicilio a la zona del empleo (metro Chapultepec?- ¿Cuál es tu expectativa salarial mensual (libre de impuestos)?- En tu actual o último empleo ¿Qué porcentaje de tus vacantes son posiciones administrativas, gerenciales o especializadas?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
