You'll own sourcing strategies and help build high-performing teams by connecting top talent with exciting opportunities.You’ll thrive in our fast-paced, high-growth environment — ready to roll up your sleeves, think strategically, and deliver results under tight deadlines.Role Responsibilities:- Own and lead sourcing strategies and performance for hiring managers across LATAM.- Partner closely with Recruiters and TC teams to meet monthly hiring goals.- Develop talent maps and market insights to support strategic org design decisions.- Build and maintain strong relationships with top talent pools for current and future opportunities.- Stay current on market trends, key players, and competitor intelligence.- Train and advise hiring managers on sourcing best practices and interviewing.- Support hiring across global functions such as Legal, HR, Finance, Marketing, and PR when needed.Role Qualifications:- Bachelor's in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum 1 year of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (in-house or agency).- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, LinkedIn Insights, Boolean Search, OCC, etc.).- Strong project management and organizational skills — ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.- Fluent in Spanish and English.- Self-starter, independent, and comfortable working with mínimal supervision.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
