As an Sales Development Representative, your role will involve multiple communication strategies to engage with businesses effectively and drive results. You will be essential in growing our network and enhancing client relationships through various platforms.**Key Responsibilities**:- Outbound Cold Calling: Engage with businesses over the phone to introduce our services, understand their needs, and set appointments.- Loom Videos: Create personalized Loom video messages to reach and engage potential clients uniquely and effectively.- LinkedIn Connections: Use a dedicated, seasoned LinkedIn account to connect with industry professionals, initiate conversations, and build strategic relationships.- Scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team to further discuss the company's offerings**Requirements**:- **Fluent in English - a neutral or North American accent is a big plus**- Proven track record in sales or marketing with significant experience in cold calling and digital outreach.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Must own and operate a seasoned LinkedIn account with a history of professional interactions.- Experience in creating personalized video messages for business outreach.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns effectively.- Comfort with a full-time remote work setup.**What We Offer**:- Base salary of $900 usd with performance incentives.- Flexible hours in a fully REMMOTE work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.- A supportive and energetic team that fosters a creative and productive workplace.**Application Process**:Pay: Up to $14,000.00 per month**Experience**:- cold calling: 2 years (required)- sales: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: Remote
