**About the Role**The IT Specialist III will provide support for our Transportation Management System (TMS). This person should have good interpersonal skills and be able to evaluate and work with customers, internal users, and developers.- Provide support for our Transportation Management System (TMS) by having the ability to understand the different areas of support and provide superior care in all areas. This includes, but is not limited to Carriers, Customer, Uber Freight Operations, Sales, and Infrastructure.- Technical liaison for end users. Ability to understand issues and translate technical aspects into common end user understandable language.- Grant appropriate access to requested resources, following prescribed authorization process.- Provide support after-hours in case of an escalation.- Prompt, timely, and courteous communication with end users on status updates, issue notifications, etc.- Understand an issue and assign the appropriate priority based on user impact, financial impact, external vs. internal impact, # of users, and severity.- Perform trainings to new customer and carriers about the use of TMS.- Provide support to the sales team to do demos of TMS to potential new customers.- Create SOPs and training documents.**Basic Qualifications**- Advanced Spanish and English written, oral and presentation communication skills- Bachelor’s Degree- Good interpersonal skills, to work with customers, users and developers.- 1-2 years of customer service experience**Preferred Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or IT related- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel including but not limited to VLookup, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.- Basic knowledge on EDI, how it works, documents and codes.**About Uber Freight****EEOC**Uber Freight is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
