**Job Details**The Tax analyst will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and filing tax certificates from our customers.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:- Researching transaction tax issues- Conduct claim revision and ensure all claims are processed on a timely manner in our system- Provide customers with all the necessary resources and information to register tax exemption certificates.- Support our customers (JCI Branches, Dealers, and contractors) through the process of customer tax claims.- Create and provide tax reports on regular basis to leadership- Preparing for, and assisting with, transaction tax audits.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or other four-year degree with equivalent accounting experience.- Advanced and fluent English.- One - five years accounting or transaction tax experience.- Strong computer technical skills - MS Excel- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail- Strong communication skills - both oral and written- Team-player, customer-centric attitude- Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion._
