Responsabilidades Elaboración de escritos y proyectos y todo documento que requiera para cumplir los proyectos de los clientes Elaboración de reportes sobre los avances de los proyectos Elaboración de expediente del cliente (Estudios legal vs situación actual con el cliente) correspondiente al proyecto asignado Asegurarse del ingreso del trámite ante las autoridades correspondientes Dar seguimiento puntual al trámite correspondiente Generar las actas de entrega de documentación al cliente Acompañar a la gerencia legal ambiental para poder identificar, dar seguimiento y reportar los avances al cliente Elaborar el reporte de horas diariamente Seguimiento de temas específicos en materias medioambientales Interpretación y conversión de condicionantes a formatos comprensibles (Excel) Redacción de documentos para autoridades y particulares Análisis normativo y búsqueda de opciones convenientes Gestión de documentación con Microsoft Office Auxilio jurídico en emergencias (visitas de inspección o siniestros) Evaluación de diagnósticos ambientales con el área técnica Seguimiento de trámites y agilización de resoluciones Investigación y aplicación de normativas municipales, estatales y federales, con conocimiento de Derecho comparado Requisitos Licenciatura en derecho Experiencia de uno a dos años, específicamente en temas legales ambientales idealmente - administrativos Inglés fluido en tema verbal y escrito 60% Manejo de Office (lo esencial) #J-18808-Ljbffr
