User Experience Improvement: Continually look for ways to improve how the product experience feels to the user, making using the product faster, easier, or more fun.3. Product Feedback Collection: Collect product feedback to understand what users feel about their experience with our product and how they think an ideal product would be.4. Onboarding: Introduce relevant and essential information to new customers, providing quality service promptly.5. Account Management: Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.6. Other Responsibilities: The role also involves the opportunity to move on to IT Product Management or IT Enterprise Sales career.**Qualifications**:- Proficiency in English.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in any Customer-facing role. (Retail, hospitality, sales)- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Interest in technology and how it is made.**Nice to have**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates to contribute to a growing company and to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
